Hi Alice,
I am in desperate need of your help! My husband’s sister got engaged in November and decided she wanted to get married this coming September. I was asked to be a bridesmaid in front of the entire family — so basically I was too embarrassed to say no. Because of my student loans, my husband and I have been in a very tricky financial situation. I wanted to decline because I didn’t think I could afford it. The wedding is seven months away (but she has not booked anything yet — not even a venue), is there any way out of this???
