Björk’s MoMA Retrospective – an open minded exhibition in New York

Thursday afternoon and Brabbu keeps rolling with good energies going around.

For that reason and following yerterday’s feeling, today we are going to be crazy and leave behind the same and old interior design and/or Interior Design matter and appreciate what art can do for us and for our soul, specially when weekend is, almost literaly, knowcking on our dooor.

Today’s subjet is Björk’s MoMA exhibtion, an amazing, colorful and unprejudiced art exhibition, where your your values, feelings and reality will be pushed forward how they never were. Björk’s MoMA exhibtion is pushing the limits of imagination, art and culture, aso if you haven’t heard about or haven’t seen it, please, just read this and be inspired by one of the most interesting at MoMA.

However Brabbu has felt over the moon with exhibition, the true is that the main part of the “worlf” don’t agree with us.

The exhibit is at its core, quite unremarkable. Critics have used much hyperbole over the last week to creatively dismiss the exhibit. Some criticisms are true on some level, but they are not what make the exhibit so utterly disappointing. Björk’s MoMA exhibit is boring, and boring is both a major disservice to the artist and her legions of fans. Never has anything felt boring about Björk.

Instantly, the exhibit is disappointing. It’s not even isolated enough from the rest of the museum to really come off as anything truly monumental. There are Björk’s notebooks where you can identify their songs as they appeared in their first forms. Not visually stunning, by any means. There were a few beautiful pieces, but unfortunately these pieces had all been seen before.
