Its new orders will soon enjoy all those amenities, after purchasing the home for $3.2 million.

After several years on the market, the mansion sold for a price considerably less than the original asking price. And although the mansion’s time on “American Horror Story,” wasn’t enough to increase its value, the new owners can expect fans of the show to continue flocking to the location to snap photos of the famous facade.

“It is a privilege to have been given the opportunity to represent such a magnificent property, and I’m grateful that I was able to find the perfect buyer after so many years on the market,” says Stephen Apelian of Coldwell Banker.
