Two words to this workplace: efficient and out-of-the-box. The concept reflects the company’s design vision and accommodates its anticipated growth. For vibrancy and flexibility, the renovation incorporated reconfigured and refreshed workstations, amenities and public areas that encourage collaboration and productivity.
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, New Jersey
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey engaged Gensler to design a street-level retail space that builds brand recognition by providing a differentiated, personalized customer experience in sales, service and wellness education. The resulting space combines elements of hospitality and customer service with a refreshingly modern aesthetic.

Facebook Headquarters, California
Facebook’s new huge corporate campus (1+ million-square-foot) reflects the company’s philosophy, being open, mobile, socially connected, dimensionally aware, culturally relevant and personally sustaining. Appearing as a work-in-progress, with plywood ceilings, concrete floors and shop lighting, the headquarters meets a key goal of communicating Facebook’s upstart, scrappy, iterative and creative culture.
McCann, New York
In order to celebrate its 100th anniversary, McCann seized the opportunity to renovate its five-story New York headquarters. and refresh its image as one of the advertising industry’s premier agencies. To bring drama and personality back to this advertising industry’s premier agencies workplace, Gensler provided a stylish yet versatile space that can accommodate a range of atmospheres at various times of day – including lounges for collaboration and socialization by day and client entertainment by night.
