Sometimes, while looking at design blogs, I’ll feel something a little akin to deja vu. “I feel like I’ve seen this place before,” I’ll find myself thinking. And sometimes, I am right. There are certain spaces that design journalists just can’t resist, and one of them is designer Abigail Ahern’s beautiful, darkly quirky East London townhouse. I’ve rounded up four different tours of Abigail’s home, by four different photographers, that appeared in four different publications (including our own!) between 2008 and 2014. It’s fascinating to see how different photographers chose to look at the space, and also how Abigail’s style evolved, too. Let’s take a look.
