Proekt Agency is a Moscow-based, strategy, advertising and branding real estate consultancy that assists the most prominent real estate market players in building and selling their properties.

Design

Iceoff is an architectural consultancy that focuses on public interior design: design, management, decoration, furniture manufacturing and consulting. Each public space presents us with the challenge of solving a variety of tasks, whether it’s an unforgettable architectural design, ergonomics, increased productivity, or just a nice interior that has limited budget.

As for specific offices, we believe in the ideology of working in an environment that is comfortable, but also exciting, where space becomes a breeding ground, that increases efficiency and inspire people. The name itself ICEOFF – is OFFICE flipped around. We create interiors, in which work turns into a nice creative process, regardless of occupation.

Project

The company owner envisioned a work space similar to a very unusual apartment that would astonish clients and, at the same time, be a comfortable work place for a small team of professionals. So we have collected a few key words that form the basis of the project – strange, eccentric and effective. And of course it is a very functional and comfortable work space: we have created and manufactured elliptical tables, at which it is easy to communicate, and we have used acoustic desk chairs in the design.

We also have designed and manufactured a pink shelves, that is funny as well as a walking tables, so this unusual contemporary design is really contrast compared to antiques. The fireplace, the mirror and a handlings (all 19th) we brought from the . Lighting is regulated, so it all depends on the mood.

For me and my team it was unbelievable challenge – the most important thing for designer is to combine such a large number of components into a balanced interior without overloading it. It’s always very interesting to work with the different textures and styles, but it’s also quite complicated. In addition, the task of successfully integrating functions into such an emotional interior presented a certain great challenge.
