What I Love About My Small Home:
This house represents freedom and independence to me. Before living here, I was in a 300 square foot studio with walls so thin I could hear my neighbors breathe, so in comparison, this little stand alone bungalow feels like a remote palace. While it may be small, it never feels cramped but instead intimate and cozy. In the year I’ve been here, it’s hosted birthday parties, baby showers, memorials, movie nights, elaborate dinner parties and intense Netflix marathons. I know it’s corny, but the memories I’ve made here are what make me love this home most of all.

And honestly, the idea of dragging a vacuum cleaner up and down the stairs or darting room to room when I’m running late and can’t find my keys sounds like a nightmare. Keep it small and you never have to clean too much or travel too far.
