- Living in a 1907 office building converted to apartments in 2011, we’re lucky to have extra large windows (79″ high!) in each room and 13-foot ceilings with exposed structural supports which help create a feeling of light-filled space in only three rooms. Situated in Center City Philadelphia, our penthouse apartment has awesome views of the city skyline and surrounding neighborhood.
