Michael Jackson’s former home outside Santa Barbara, California is now for sale. Neverland Ranch—now going by its original name, Sycamore Valley— is asking $100 million for 2,700 acres and a 12,000 square foot main house with 6 bedrooms (the famous amusement park and petting zoos are gone). The investment firm that’s selling the property is “specifically looking for a buyer who doesn’t plan to turn the place into a museum for the singer,” reports TIME.
