Sang A Choi took a look at objects in the home and realized that psychologically we treat them almost like family members, with feelings of familiarity and comfort. Bringing the idea of minimal details that were common in mid-century task chairs, Choi developed Saturn, a seat that celebrates basic characteristics while providing a place to sit, stand, or even lie down while working.
Saturn’s multifunctional design allows you to move it around your house easily and work in a variety of positions for whatever is most comfortable for you.
The seat can be flipped over to change both its height and function – cushion up for sitting with a healthy posture or down to use it as a lower stool with your computer on your lap or as a table. The backrest can be used as a towel or clothes hanger.
