Minimalist Ceramics Focused on Deconstruction

AANDERSSON’s newest ceramics collection is a study in deconstruction. The Philadelphia-based ceramic design studio is focusing on reimagining relationships between different elements, by “deforming a rationally structured space.”

The collection consists of a neutral color palette, further emphasizing the unique form of each piece. It has an almost rough finish, reminiscent of concrete. Sharp edges and unfamiliar shapes takes a new look at the philosophy of deconstruction on its effect on ubiquitous forms.
