Cesar Boijo recently finished a PhD program at the University of Barcelona. Graduate art history and fine art Florida State University (2005).
This artist does his oil paintings and begins to represent a picture that is immediately destroyed, creating a mesmerizing image displacement between creation and destruction. Boijo combines realism and hazy dream sequencing to examine time, and the nature and existence of human beings.
