My husband and I had been searching for a house to buy on and off for a little over a year. For so long our list of priorities/needs/wants didn’t pan out until this house. My husband couldn’t come to the open house so I called up my mom and she attended it with me. I called my husband and said WE HAVE TO BUY THIS HOUSE. We made an appointment for a showing that evening right after work and we made an offer that night!
