Q: Hi Apartment Therapy! All of the windows in my apartment face an empty concrete alley. My neighbors in the building next door watch TV and yell at each other until late at night. I don’t think it rises to levels where I could call the police about a noise violation, but they are loud enough that they keep me up at night, sometimes until 3am.
