Dubai’s incredible Hotel and Residence Towers

The “idea of luxury” and the term “luxury” has two big breathtaking towers, luxury apartments, artificial rain-forest, artificial beach, luxury cinema and more, and you can find it in Dubai. The latest colossal modern architectural creation designed by ZAS Group, the 5 stars Rosemont Hotel and Residences, the 300$ million project, is beyond anything we’ve thought as luxurious. The details of this super rich and incredible hotel are very limited, but with a little bit of persistence we found out that there will be 450 rooms, luxurious cinema, fine dining restaurant, sky lobby, retail shops, ‘sheesha‘ coffee.

ZAS the main designer and architect company in collaboration with the local firm contractor Civil Engineering and Contracting, started already working for building the 13. 000 sq.m towers.On the first floor the 47- story towers will be connected by a 5-story podium.

You can find everything you call a rich experience in this hotel, from spa’s, water sports, entertainment complex, bowling alley, skydiving simulator, health club, fitness centers and as we already mention above (and we weren’t kidding about it) an artificial rain-forest and a beach.

Located in the main area at the Sheikh Zayed Road, this project is another resemblance of the lavish and futuristic architectural achievements of Dubai.
