When I found out I was having boy/girl twins I knew that I wanted to create a neutral nursery. I naturally tend to decorate everything in my home white and neutral, so the nursery was no different. My inspiration piece was the gold vintage trunk I had thrifted a few years prior that was already in the room (originally a guest bedroom). The rug (via Home Goods) was the first purchase I made, because that was what I wanted to tie everything back to. I was going for an eclectic vibe that was modern yet comfy. Our biggest purchases were the IKEA Hemnes dresser and glider. I wanted a comfy glider that my tall husband could also enjoy (during those long nights).
