When shopping for a new home or apartment, it’s smart to prioritize your list of wants. The “must-haves,” well.. they have to be there, don’t they? Things like a functional kitchen and enough bedrooms for everyone to sleep. But the really fun stuff is in the next tier down, what I like to call the “I really, really want its.” It’s these little things that make home such a happy place. And for me, my happy place is my view.
