The first Virgin Hotel opened Stateside this month, in a gorgeous Art Deco building in downtown Chicago. Most of the original charm is preserved, and meshes nicely with the sleek yet posh upgrades that grace the common areas and its 250 rooms, including mini Smeg fridges in Virgin red.
