Swarowski gathered the design community in Milan to unveil the three winners of the Designers of the future initiative. The three projects were unveiled at the opening of Design Miami/ Basel 2015, where the designers of the future had an opportunity to represent their ideas.
Swarovski designers of the future are the textile artist and designer Elaine Ng, Studio Swine and The Fabric Lab. Take a look at the moments from the Swarovski show at Design Miami/ Basel 2015.

Extraordinary projects of the winners came on stage from the laboratories where designers discovered new shapes and features of the crystals.

Elaine Ng- is one of Swarovski designers of the future. Her inspiration of the experiment comes from an intriguing carnivorous plant what becomes the shape of moving installation.


Designer combines her professional textile skills with craft abilities which indicates marvelous composition of the shape and harmony.


Studio Swine’s Azusa Murakami and Alexander Groves introduce their drawn work of one of the smallest crystal in the world.
Tiny crystal became big. Gorgeous creature of Studio Swine.

47 °- the theoretical light reflection angle which was the main goal of Spanish designer Tomas Alonso at Design Miami.


Ingenious collection of crystal pieces what includes trays, lamps and table-top objects.
