There’s sunblock, sunglasses, beach towels, flip-flops, and, of course, the perfect summer cocktail. You have a plenty of choices here, such as Summertime Punch or spiked lemonade. You just have to choose if you prefer a juicy cocktail or a liquor drink.
So, before going to the beach don’t forget to use sunscreen with sun protective factor (SPF) 15 or higher, and both UVA and UVB protection. Sunscreen wears off. Put it on again if you stay out in the sun for more than two hours. Also use your sun glasses and a fancy hat to avoid sunburn.
It’s time to experience new sensations and to enhance the adventure spirit. Define a destination or more than one, take your car, pick up your friends and follow a sea root.
