The JARI chair was inspired by an interesting social phenomenon — the rise of single males who are choosing to reside in a single person dwelling vs. purchasing a large family house in preparation for marriage.

As a result, the need for sustainable, affordable furniture for smaller homes developed. Juyoung Kim responded with the JARI chair, a modern, multipurpose chair that’s driven by modern day Korean society. Using CNC technology, the chair is made of a light but sturdy birch wood and is ideal for those looking for modern and nicely designed furniture.
