My flatmate recently made the fantastic decision to take a two-day weekend DIY course. As an architect who runs her own company, she’s no stranger to the building trade, but she wanted to feel more confident tackling everyday repairs around our home—and stop relying on our tool-owning friend down the road whenever anything needs fixing or hanging.
