- What I Love About My Small Home:
- I love the big window that brings in natural light, as well as the unique details like my kitchen backsplash, crown molding, and crystal sconce in my bathroom. I love that having such a small apartment makes me selective about what I bring into it. It took me about two years to fully furnish my apartment, and my favorite pieces are the ones I took the longest to find: my chest of drawers which I purchased from a second-hand furniture store in my neighborhood, and my bar cart which is a re-purposed cabinet I took from my parents’ home when they moved and downsized. Because it is such a small space, finding items I really loved didn’t feel like an overwhelming job.
