This (500 sq ft) apartment was the first one we looked at on our one day of searching and we knew that we had to have it (especially after we saw the next apartment on our list). We really lucked out with a dishwasher, in unit laundry, AC, and a great landlord. Living right downtown close to the University was a must for us – living on our own is a first for all of us—after a year in dorms—and we didn’t want to spend a lot of time on the subway just to get to class or to go out.
