Here are the top 10 tallest buildings that will be finished by the end of this year. 10. ADNOC Headquarters in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates — 1,122 feet

This 1,122 feet tall building, comprising of 76 floors raises on the Abu Dhabi skyline and was started in 2009 by architecture firm Hok.

9. Forum 66 Tower 2 in Shenyang, China — 1,150 feet

With its 68 floors raising above Chinese soil, this majestic building overlooks the developing city of Shenyang. It was designed with the purpose to serve as hospitality, office, residential structure among others. Its construction started in 2008 by architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.

8. OKO Tower in Moscow, Russia — 1,155 feet

The Oko tower in Moscow 85 stories high, covers an area of 2.50 hectares serves as a commercial and office, hospitality, mixed use, residential facility and it was designed by SOM.

7. Vostok Tower in Moscow, Russia — 1,224 feet

Also known as the Federation Tower it is also part of the new skyline of Moscow, as well as the previous building in this ranking. It counts 93 floors and it will accommodate offices, hotel suites and apartments and will have three covered sky bridges between the East and West towers where there will be restaurants and cafes.

6. Eton Place Dalian Tower 1 in Dalian, China — 1,257 feet

Another Chinese skyscraper makes the list of the top 10 tallest buildings, raising 81 floors above the ground. It was completed in 2014 with a plan that included Super Tower 1, containing Class A offices, two hotels, and an observation deck and sky lobbies and Super Tower 2, containing the SOHO program; three 150-meter-high residential towers; and a podium housing a retail, entertainment and convention centers.

5. Capital Market Authority Tower in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — 1,263 feet

79 floors high above the Saudi Arabian ground, this building hosts the headquarters of the Capital Market Authority, the organization responsible for regulating the Saudi Arabian capital markets.

4. 432 Park Avenue in New York City — 1,397 feet

This new megatall building in the heart of Manhattan hosta 104 apartments and is the third tallest building in the USA and the second tallest in New York City. It counts 89 floors of luxurious apartments that are already sold out. It was designed by the Urugayan architect Rafael Viñoly.

3. Marina 101 in Dubai — 1,399 feet

Also known as Dream Dubai Marina, 101 floors above and 6 below the ground it hosts 506 apartments, 281 hotel rooms, and 677 parking spaces. It was designed by National Engineering Bureau.

2. Wuhan Center in Wuhan, China — 1,437 feet

Yet another building in China makes out top 10 tallest buildings list. This time the Wuhan Center is predicted to be the highest building in Central China. It has 88 floors and was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, it will host Hotel, residential and office facilities upon itv completion in 2015.

1. Shanghai Tower in Shanghai, China — 2,073 feet

The highest of the 2015 top 10 tallest building list is the Shanghai Tower, with its impressive 2,073 feet and 121 floors and 4,090,300 sq ft. It was designed for mixed use by Gensler and it cost $4.2 billion and incorporates a number of green architecture elements.
