Q: In today’s modern home is a bathtub still a necessity? I have a small bathroom and it would optimize space and offer a much more open design if the tub/shower combo was eliminated and replaced with a full-on shower stall. Unfortunately, there is no other full bath in the home. Would eliminating the tub have a negative impact on the resale value of the home? -Sent by Mark
