#1 Mandarin Oriental Hotel
Mr Finardi has a wealth of experience in the Italian luxury hospitality industry with prior appointments as General Manager of the Royaldemeure Spa Hotels, Hotel Savoy and Villa San Michele in Florence.
He joins Mandarin Oriental from Belmond Hotels (formerly known as Orient Express Hotels) where he held the position of General Manager and Area Manager, Sicily at Grand Hotel Timeo & Villa Sant’Andrea in Taormina. Hotel Mandarin Oriental has one of the most luxurious Milan hotels interiors!
#2 Hotel Principe di Savoia
It offers spacious hotel rooms interior designs where classic and luxury furnishings are amongst all its hospitality furniture. They are decorated with traditional dark-wood furniture and deluxe fabrics. Its top-floor wellness centre includes a pool with frescoed ceilings. The hotel restaurant serves both Milanese and classic Italian dishes. Milan Central Station is 700 metres away from the hotel.
#3 Hotel Château Monfort
A 5-star boutique hotel, located in Milan’s historic centre, an 8-minute walk from Piazza San Babila and the luxury fashion area of Via Montenapoleone. Château Monfort is set in a historic building dating from the early 20th century, designed by the architect Paolo Mezzanotte. The rooms are themed after different fairy tales and nursery rhymes. The world fashion capital has a haute new looker! After a multimillion-dollar revamp, Milan’s circa 1932 Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, was officially inaugurated on May 12th-and the design is unapologetically dripping in space age luxe.
Taking inspiration from the city’s modernist new skyline and the hotel’s art deco past, Milan-based Studio Marco Piva helmed the makeover, decking every inch in out-of-this-world chic futurism.
#5 Armani Hotel
Armani Hotel Milan is another possibility you should consider. The Armani style and philosophy defines every detail of the 95 guestrooms and suites. Each element has been personally designed by Giorgio Armani and chosen for sculptural, aesthetic and sensual qualities.
The Armani Hotel Milano is located in Quadrilatero della Moda district. Set in a 1930s building designed by Enrico Griffini, rooms are fitted with Armani Casa furnishings. The restaurant serves both Lombard and international cuisine.
#6 Bulgari Hotel
Bulgari Hotel Milan, a boutique property located on a private street between Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, La Scala and the Accademia di Brera. The building is a tastefully renovated 18th-century Milanese palazzo. The hotel stays in the cultural and commercial heart of a city that, behind its austere façades, hides delightful and unexpected courtyards and green spaces.
One of those spaces is the Bulgari Hotel’s 4,000-square-meter private garden, a natural extension of the nearby Botanical Garden, a restorative oasis of serenity and relaxation in the midst of Milan’s busy pace.
