Rents in New York City are only getting higher, and it’s forcing out much-loved institutions. Two Boerum Hill residents are protesting the rent hike on their beloved neighborhood convenience store, Jesse’s Deli, by advertising what the 25-year-old shop would have to charge to afford its new rent.
