From the architect. The house is placed in a small and uneven terrain overlooking the Lima bay.

The limited lot space -105 m2 – incites a vertical program development distributed into four levels: 1^st floor facilities, 2^nd floor social area, 3^rd floor master bedroom, 4^th floor children bedrooms and rooftop.

A relation between transparency and opacity emerge in function to landscape and program, opening social and private areas of the house overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
