Q: I am struggling with integrating a really useful appliance into my kitchen. I have a Japanese-style countertop water boiler. It is a brilliant device for a tea drinker such as me. Boiling hot water on tap 24-7? Yes, please. I don’t think I can go back to an electric or stove-top kettle, which is frustrating me because it’s ugly as sin – and there are such beautiful kettles out there.
