New York design studio Niche Modern will be debuting a new modern pendant light at this year’s ICFF, and it’s called Helio. In extending its range of exquisite hand-crafted glass lighting designs, Niche Modern has created a slender, cylindrical fixture, expressing its desire for “a more compact shape that could stand alone and also be grouped together,” according to founder Jeremy Pyles. Available in an abundant range of colors, including its signature transparent hues as well as vibrant opaques, Helio has been designed as a versatile pendant, amenable to a variety of light bulbs, from traditional incandescents to the cutting edge Plumen.
