- When I bought the apartment, I gutted it, broke down walls and exposed brick, and then rebuilt every part of the apartment from scratch with my boyfriend (well, we hired people to do the hard work). That means every inch of space is covered in things we love and have collected from the six continents we’ve visited together. It’s very homey.
