- I love the original hardwood floors and moldings, they add great character and often make me feel that I’m living on an old ship. I also enjoy having the high ceilings and tons of wall space for my art collection. The ultimate feature however, is the porcelain clawfoot tub, it was what really sold me on the apartment in the first place.
