The latest retailer to start an off-price chain is Kohl’s, which is currently hiring for their new concept. The first Off Aisle by Kohl’s is slated to open in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and comes just a few weeks after Macy’s announced their new discount department store, Macy’s Backstage.
