I had decided not to buy too much new stuff for my daughter’s room and instead I was determined to use the bits and bobs I had collected from vintage stores and Trade Me (a New Zealand Craigslist). Very much a ‘let the cards fall where they may” approach to decorating the room. Nothing in the room cost over $100 with most things under $10! The whole room had too be relined and insulated which we invested in, rather than expensive desingner items.
