The fifth edition of the critically acclaimed designjunction is set to once again raise the trade show bar by taking on two new venues; The College, formally home to Central Saint Martins and the striking event space Victoria House B1, both of which are located in the heart of Central London on Southampton Row.
True to ethos, designjunction will combine cutting-edge design with a uniquely immersive experience. Expect to encounter live workshops and flash factories, stimulating seminars, one-off collaborations, inspiring installations and foods from across the globe – all of which will sit side-by-side our carefully selected exhibiting brands.
The Concept
designjunction is a platform for commercial and cultural design. We create innovative and curated design exhibitions within unusual, industrial spaces.
The aim of the show is to connect the very best brands with their customers, by presenting contemporary design against industrial backdrops, breaking the mould of the traditional trade show. designjunction flagship show takes place in London as part of the London Design Festival in September. More than 200 contemporary brands present their new collections to an international audience of architects, interior designers, retailers and influential press. designjunction has firmly cemented its reputation as the leading destination for design and culture in key design territories. In 2015 designjunction presented two critically acclaimed international shows – designjunction edit Milan in April during Salone del Mobile and designjunction edit New York in May during NYCxDesign.
