Blue jean baby just took on a whole new meaning. Mosevic is a company from Cornwall, UK that is completely reinventing the way we think about denim.

Inspired by modern composite engineering and the rich heritage of denim, they are debuting Solid Denim, sunglasses made of denim. Layers and layers of denim.

Six to ten layers of denim are sealed together and attached using 5 barrel library hinges. Mosevic hand selects each roll of denim and resin pots, and hand makes each pair of Solid Denim sunglasses.

Solid Denim successfully reached their Kickstarter goal so let’s hope these make it to the market soon!
